Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy
We offer a strict 30-day return policy for all charcuterie boards. To qualify for a full refund, you must adhere to the following conditions:

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. Requests submitted after 30 days will be denied.

Item Condition: The board must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. Boards showing signs of use, cutting, or oiling are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping Costs: The customer is strictly responsible for all return shipping costs. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Limited Release & Replacements: Due to the strictly limited nature of this final release, we cannot offer physical replacements or exchanges for damaged or returned items. All approved warranty claims and returns will be resolved strictly via a full monetary refund.
How to Start a Return

Contact our support team with your order number to initiate the return process.

Once approved, package the board securely in its original materials.

Ship the item back to our facility using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
