Welcome to Board & Bloom. To maintain complete operational transparency regarding our strictly limited product releases, we operate under a highly regulated, time-bound lifespan schedule for select collections. Please review our policy framework below prior to making your purchase.

1. Time-Limited Production Lifespan

Certain products in our store, including our current premium Black Walnut Charcuterie Board collection, are manufactured as single-run, time-limited releases.

• Availability Window: This product line features a strict 61-day total retail availability window.

• Permanent Discontinuation: At 11:59 PM EST on August 9, 2026, the product page will be permanently deleted from our store servers.

• No Re-runs: Once a limited line is deleted, the design is permanently retired; we will not accept backorders or custom requests after the delisting date.

2. Compliant Introductory Pricing Framework

To offer our community the best value at launch, we utilize a structured pricing timeline that strictly adheres to the Competition Bureau of Canada’s regulations regarding honest promotional pricing:

• Launch Discount Period (Days 1–30): From June 9, 2026, to July 9, 2026, the product is offered at a 20% introductory launch discount.

• Genuine Regular Price Period (Days 31–61): From July 9, 2026, to August 9, 2026, the promotional discount will be permanently removed, and the product will be offered exclusively at its full regular retail price until the final delisting deadline.

3. Zero-Replacement & Refund Policy Addendum

Because our production runs are strictly capped and inventory is entirely exhausted during the 61-day window, our standard store policies are modified for these specific lines:

• No Exchanges or Physical Replacements: Due to the fixed, limited quantity of raw materials and finished stock, we cannot offer physical replacements, size swaps, or exchanges under any circumstances.

• 30-Day Return Window: Unused, un-oiled, and un-cut boards returned in their original, undamaged packaging remain eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery.

• Monetary Resolution Only: If an item is returned in accordance with our return guidelines, your claim will be resolved strictly via a full monetary refund to your original payment method. We do not offer non-monetary resolutions or physical product adjustments for any reason.
